Frequently asked questions
It's so easy! Place your order online on your shop's website and choose the "home delivery" option. The Shopopop community will be informed of your delivery request. Then an individual deliverer, someone like you and us, close to you, will deliver your purchases!
Once the delivery request has been placed, you will receive an email from Shopopop containing a detailed summary of your delivery and a link to follow each stage of your delivery. If the delivery time changes, you will receive an email informing you. If you need assistance, please contact us via our online chat.
Each partner shop sets its own price for the Shopopop home delivery service. On average, a delivery costs €9.
It is usual for the individuals deliverers to bring your order to your door. However, our service is based on a spirit of mutual assistance, so they may sometimes ask for a little help in carrying up your order.
If you are unable to take your order upstairs, please specify this in the comments on your delivery and indicate the number of storeys (with or without a lift). This is essential information!If one or more products in your order is/are missing, please contact your shop directly to notify them. If necessary, they will then contact our customer service department.
Individuals deliverers are private individuals who use a regular route to deliver your order, thanks to our application. The profile of each individual deliverer is checked by our teams against their ID.
